The 7 Skies is a rock band & idol group founded by the back-up members of JOURNEY (Lyte Perez, Vinyl Perez, Marina Perry, & Cykopath Denver) in the JOURNEY Multiverse franchise. They're a group consisting of seven students in Sanofi Texas International University. The original group consisted of four members. They had made their debut in JOURNEY (1979) ~Evolution Days~. They debuted with their song, My Love is a Stapler when the group still consisted of four members.

Metamol interview for Natalie translation
Awhile ago for practice I did a translation of this interview METAMOL!!! did for Natalie, published back in December 2022. Even though I'm not hugely interested in the group, I really enjoy first-time interviews artists do for publications, since they talk a lot about their stories of how they came to debut. I think even if you don't care about metamol, this interview is an interesting look at how a self-produced idol group under a medium-sized agency can operate.

Spotify Problems
I hate Spotify for many reasons. Let me tell you about them.
Before you can play a song on Spotify you first have to listen to three commercials, each one thirty seconds long. Then after ninety seconds of inane advertising, you start a song. But if your browser has problems you might have the track get stuck after playing it for a few seconds. So you waited for a while listening to commercials that aren't interesting to you, then you can't even play a song! What lousy luck!

My First Time at an Idol Event
Hello, everyone, who lurks in this corner of the website. I was thinking of telling you about my first time at an idol event, which was in June 2014. It was an exciting, yet nervous experience for me. I was also traveling alone for the first time, and I had no one to talk to. As you guys may have already seen on her JPop Wikia Page, Tomoriru is a voice actress currently in her second year. Since young, she has had great musical talent and is great with multiple instruments as well. Tomoriru has a lot of potential for growth and I strongly believe that she will become a huge sensation in the future.
Being musically inclined from a young age, Tomoriru has a great voice and has participated in multiple music-related clubs throughout her school life. Back in summer 2012 after getting bit by the Jmusic bug but before seriously gravitating to Tsunku and Hello! Project, I browsed Amazon for what digital Japanese music they had. I had no iTunes account or wish for one all things being equal. I found this list a person had put together of various things that were available. One that caught my attention was for a Suzuki Sayaka release with a blurb including "Not for everyone--uber-cute voice singing to Nintendo-ish music" which caught my interest. I checked it out and was hooked. So weird but brought a smile to my face.
