Fuji Keiko (藤 圭子) was a Japanese enka singer and actress.

She was married twice, her first marriage was to singer Maekawa Kiyoshi, and her second was to record producer, Utada Teruzane. She was the mother of Utada Hikaru.

On August 22, 2013, Fuji committed suicide by jumping off the 13th floor of her apartment balcony. The reason still remains unknown as no suicide note was found.
